Please check your email for instructions & confirmation!
General Information
The Lake Roosevelt Forum is a small, non-profit organization. We make it a priority, however, to set aside part of our budget to provide and community members assistance to attend conference activities. Your participation is very important to us. We will do our best to meet your needs, but may not be able to meet all requests.
Scholarship Criteria
Scholarships are available to individuals who are NOT attending the conference as part of their employed organizational responsibilities. Commonly, such individuals volunteer their time to watershed committees, non-profit organizations, and other types of community groups.
Amount of Assistance
The form below enables you to request assistance for overnight accommodations (hotel) and/or registration. Hotel costs are $105 plus tax per night single occupancy, and each day of registration is $45. All costs are shown in US dollars. Please request only the assistance you need. This greatly improves the Forum’s ability to meet as many or all requests.
Complete the Registration and Scholarship Application
The scholarship application form must be received at the Forum no later than October 21, 2019. In cases where you will be paying for part of the cost and asking assistance for the remainder, please print your confirmation email and send with a check for your share of the cost to the Forum (address included in email). The Forum will not deposit your payment until we have agreed to provide the financial assistance you are requesting.
Selection & Questions
All applications will be treated confidentially. Selections and notifications will be made as soon after October 21, 2019 as possible. Please call (509) 535-7084 or email info@lrf.org with questions.
