Jaime A. Pinkham (Nez Perce) has spent most of his career advocating for tribal sovereignty, self-determination and treaty rights. He is Executive Director for the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission, a Commission established by four treaty tribes: Yakama, Warm Springs, Umatilla and Nez Perce. Combined, their ancestral homelands cover roughly 25% of the entire Columbia River Basin. CRITFC supports the tribes with science, management, enforcement, litigation, policy and advocacy.
