Register for the 2026 Bus Tour!

Bus Tour 2026

Community members, elected officials, and agency experts that live and work around the Lake Roosevelt area are invited to spend June 10th touring the northern part of the lake by bus. We hope you can join us to learn more about clean up activities and the broader context of Lake Roosevelt/ Upper Columbia River. Participants will have the opportunity to network with community leaders and natural resource professionals.

8:00-8:30AM – Kettle Falls Visitor Center – Welcome, Meet & Greet 

8:30AM – Kettle Falls Visitor Center – Departure 

Stops will include: 

Sharpening Stone, St. Paul’s Mission 

Sherman Creek Fish Hatchery 

Marcus Island 

Northport City Park & Waterfront 

Lunch Break 

North Gorge 

China Bend 

3:30PM – Kettle Falls Visitor  – Conclusion 

Presentations at different stops will include: 

  • Remedial Investigation & Feasibility Study Updates Fishery Initiatives & Studies, Including resident fisheries and salmon 
  • Cleanup activities on Lake Roosevelt /Upper Columbia River
  • Other Natural and Cultural Resource Topics
